After the Covid-19 Pandemic hit the world in 2020, the acquisition of assets has not been easy as cashflows are limited to only food and health supplies which don't require much money to acquire. Therefore there is a need to create a system that would allow the economy of buying and selling assets to continue amid the crisis that we all are in.

This can only be done by monitoring fractional/'bit' payments of any asset under sale using a blockchain to ease the sale, acquisition, payments and transfer of assets between buyers and sellers of the same.

Hence the development of KopaBits which is a stable coin pegged to the Kenyan Shilling 1:1 that is created when 'bit' payments of assets are done by the buyer of the asset.
